I have been working with Heather for a few years now and I know she will continue to be my travel agent. We just got back from a Disney Cruise on the Wish that she recommended. When I reached out to book something for my daughters Bday and I fell in Love with it and most importantly my daughter niece and nephews loved it. I love that you can reach out to Heather and she is always available and ready to answer questions. I have a 10 day Celebrity Cruise to Italy coming up which was something she found me as well and I'm already excited about it.

Heather was very helpful in suggesting locations for our short-notice family vacation, when my original idea didn't work out. She booked us into great resorts, set up a car rental, and gave advice on things to do and what to bring. When we had major airline delays (which were not her fault) she notified our hotel and car, and offered assistance with flight rebooking or interim accommodations, which really helped with our stress. She understood our complex family and made sure our needs were covered. We'll definitely use Hummingbird again!

Most plan their wedding at least 12 months in advance, we were quite late by these standards and didn't start the prices until late September for February wedding. Heather helped us choose a resort with our price range, set up room block for us and our guests. Helped navigate with wedding packages and facilitated calls with wedding coordinator at the resort, as well as endless follow up emails with WC and our guests for any additional information. Heather created FB page for our wedding and was amazing throughout the whole process, including tracing any flight delays for our guests. I am super busy working full time job and running a business and I needed someone that I can trust to handle it all for me and let me enjoy the process! I have received quite a few compliments from our guests on her work!
